HCDBM works in collaboration with churches, agencies, sponsors and thousands of volunteers to foster Christ-centered relationships through mentoring while also providing the much needed resources like food, clothing, furniture, and other supplies.

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries (HCDBM) contacted Trio Marketing to promote their largest annual fundraiser, the 2017 Vision Dinner. The team needed help creating the look and feel of the event theme, Beyond Possible, and developing the corresponding collateral material to promote the event and encourage engagement from donors and attendees.

 

Our team worked side-by-side with the HCDBM team as a marketing partner. We first focused on the story and the experience the team wanted to create at the event and decided that we wanted donors and attendees to connect with the ministry and begin to experience what they would at the event itself from the beginning. This exercise led us to create a purposeful branded design and engaging copy. Next, we reviewed the event process in detail, from how to announce the event, to the emails attendees receive leading up to the dinner, to the event itself. This was an important part of the process as it helped identify additional opportunities to better connect with the right people at the right time.

 

In the end, we wrote, designed, and printed a 6×6 mailer to announce the event and encourage action from donors and attendees, a 5×7 invitation, an internal form, a web banner, an event program, and event signage. We also edited and wrote promotional and instructional email copy.
